Cora Gronowicz
(Authorised Supervisor) My name is Cora Gronowicz I am a passionate and dedicated Diploma trained
advocate of Early Childhood education having worked in the field for almost 30
years.
I am passionate in supporting the holistic development for children to have the ability
to challenge themselves and be confident in problem solving. My passion is
supported and influenced by the theories of the Reggio Emilia approach. As I understand the importance of a sense of belonging and
promote this through warm and nurturing interactions and environments.
I am excited to be a member of the Cubbyhouse family and look forward to
meeting you all personally and working collaboratively with you to support the needs
of your family.
Nicole Collins
Kate began working as a casual staff member in 2000 at Cubbyhouse after completing her final practicum there. She received her Diploma in Children’s Services in 2000. Kate left to work full time in Sydney at Rose Hill. When a job vacancy was advertised in 2005 at Cubbyhouse Kate applied and was successful and became the room leader in our 0-2 room. Kate took a 12 month leave to work for an American family as a nanny. When she returned, she took up the room leader position in the 2-6 room. Kate also teaches music and drama, skills she brings to her workplace. Kate was our Authorised Supervisor from 2014 - 2016.
Daniela Henao
(Educational Leader - Room Leader 3-6 year old room) has worked in child care for 6 years. She completed her Diploma in Children’s Services in 2006. Daniela commenced working at Gosford Cubbyhouse in Fe 2021 in our 2-6 room. Peta has completed her Bachelor of Teaching Early Childhood through the University of New England. Peta promotes an environment where children are encouraged to problem solve and to assist in their lifelong learning and brings fun, kindness and passion to her role at Cubbyhouse.
Rachael Corban
I am Rachael I am a super passionate and energetic educator here at Gosford cubby house. I completed my Certificate III in early childhood education and care in 2021 and I am currently studying my Bachelor of Education to further my knowledge and skills. my personal philosophy centers around building strong relationships with children and families, and encouraging children to explore their own unique learning interests through play-based learning.
Hunter Hart
As a dedicated early childhood educator with over 5 Years experience, I believe children are clever capable curious individuals. I am committed to fostering and environment that nurtures their natural abilities and support their individual learning journey. My philosophy reflects my dedication to providing a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating environment where children can thrive and develop a lifelong love of learning.

Sophie Jaros
Hi, I am Sophie I am the administration assistant here at Gosford cubby house. I have over 10 years' experience within the childcare setting as both educator and administration.
my goal is to always have the children's interests and the families always be top priority. it is very important to me that children, families and staff needs are met and work together as a whole.
Tracey Murray
Mary has been at Cubbyhouse since 2008 and has completed Certificate III in Children’s Services. Mary aims to create an environment where children can look forward to sharing their day and promote their self-esteem. Mary also promotes family participation, to involve parents to contribute ideas and join in Centre activities where possible. She brings organization, nurturing and calmness to Cubbyhouse.
